Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing issues are handled on FleetGigs (“the Platform”). By purchasing a subscription or using paid features, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Subscription Cancellations

FleetGigs offers subscription-based access to paid features.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively cancel charges already processed

  • Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored data.


Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

FleetGigs does not issue refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Unused time or features

  • Failure to use the Platform

  • User dissatisfaction with job availability or outcomes

Users are encouraged to review subscription details carefully before purchasing.


Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact FleetGigs within 14 days of the charge date.

We will review billing concerns and, if an error is confirmed, issue an appropriate correction or refund at our discretion.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting FleetGigs may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account access

  • Loss of subscription privileges

We strongly encourage users to contact support before filing a dispute so issues can be resolved efficiently.


Subscription Changes

FleetGigs reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.


No Guarantees of Work or Results

Subscription access provides platform features only. FleetGigs does not guarantee:

  • Job availability

  • Job acceptance

  • Income, earnings, or work outcomes

Subscriptions grant access to the Platform, not specific results.


Account Termination

If an account is terminated for violation of the Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.


Legal Compliance

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights that cannot be waived.
