FleetGigs is a technology platform that connects fleet operators with independent mechanics and service professionals. FleetGigs does not provide vehicle maintenance or repair services and is not a party to any agreements formed between users.
Fleet operators are solely responsible for:
Verifying the qualifications, licenses, certifications, and insurance of any mechanic or service professional
Defining job scope, pricing, timelines, and expectations
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements
FleetGigs does not verify or endorse any mechanic, service provider, or work performed.
Mechanics and service professionals are solely responsible for:
Representing their skills, experience, licenses, and availability accurately
Performing work safely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining any required insurance, tools, and certifications
Mechanics are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of FleetGigs.
FleetGigs does not supervise, control, or guarantee job performance, outcomes, payments, or conduct between users. All work arrangements, payments, and disputes are handled directly between fleet operators and mechanics.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
