FleetGigs.com is a connection platform only. We facilitate introductions between fleet operators and independent mechanics. We do not employ mechanics, supervise work, guarantee service quality, or act as a party to any agreements between fleets and mechanics.

2. Independent Contractors

All mechanics using the FleetGigs platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FleetGigs. They are solely responsible for their own work quality, tools, insurance, licenses, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. For Fleet Operators

• You are solely responsible for vetting any mechanic before engaging their services, including verifying certifications, licenses, and insurance.
• FleetGigs does not verify the accuracy of mechanic-provided information such as certifications or service history.
• Any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from services rendered must be resolved directly between the fleet and the mechanic.
• FleetGigs does not process payments between fleets and mechanics; all payment arrangements are made directly between the parties.

4. For Mechanics

• You are responsible for ensuring all profile information (certifications, experience, service history) is accurate and up-to-date.
• You must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance needed to perform your services.
• You operate as an independent contractor, not as an employee of FleetGigs.

5. No Endorsement

FleetGigs does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any mechanic or fleet on our platform. User-provided ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individual users, not FleetGigs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetGigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to service quality, property damage, or personal injury resulting from a mechanic's work.
